Privacy Policy

Vial Theory collects account information, saved research summaries, and product analytics needed to operate the service. We do not provide medical services and do not use sensitive health-like inputs for ad targeting.

Analytics

We use PostHog for anonymous, cookie-free product analytics: the pages you visit (path only) and a few actions, such as opening a compound page or starting checkout, tied to a random ID that resets when you close the tab. We don’t set analytics cookies, build personal profiles, or record what you type into search. We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals, and analytics are never used for advertising or ad targeting.

Email

If you join the research list or turn on watchlist alerts, we send research-update emails through our email provider (Resend). Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and we never sell or share your address.

Deletion

You can request account data deletion by contacting us through the contact page. We may retain minimal records required for security, billing, and legal obligations.
