• Add Signal if a Theory is well-reasoned and sourced; Challenge if the evidence is thin. Your Vial Score grows as the community finds your contributions useful.
• Tag each Theory with an evidence marker so readers know what kind of claim they're reading.

The rule that matters most: keep it educational. No dosing, no sourcing/where-to-buy, no medical advice. We discuss what the research shows and how strong it is — not protocols.
